Room Reservations for Event Attendees

You may reserve a room for your conference event by
clicking on the BEST WESTERN icon below.  
A credit card WILL BE required to hold this room reservation,
even if the room is to be Direct Billed to another party at the time of your check in.  
If your room is to be paid for by the event, please let the Front Desk Clerk know
at the time you check in that your room is to be included in the event Direct Bill.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR GROUP # or GROUP EVENT NAME IN ORDER
TO MAKE THIS RESERVATION.    

If the Room Block for your event has expired, rooms MAY still be available.  
The room rate will be the rate in effect at the time the reservation is made.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY ONE ROOM AT A TIME CAN BE RESERVED.
Your confirmation number will be emailed to you once your
reservation has been completed.
