THE PEAKS CONFERENCE CENTER

The East Building of the hotel
houses 3 of the largest of our
conference rooms - the Wind
River, the Fremont, and the
Gannett Room - all peaks that
facility owner, Cale Case, has
personally scaled. Rooms have
built-in sound systems, a dance
floor, mood lighting, and plenty
of room to move around and
mingle!

Adjacent to the Peaks Conference
Center is The Summit Restaurant,
open daily from 6 am to 9 pm. The
Summit Lounge is open from noon
to 10 pm.
The restaurant serves our "Best in
the West" breakfast that comes free
with your stay at the Inn at Lander.
When your meeting or conference
event concludes, visit the Summit
and experience one of their fresh,
hot meals! And don't forget to try
the in-house smoked salmon!

At 1700 square feet each, the Wind
River, Fremont and Gannett Rooms open
up to hold groups of up to 350.   In the
photo to the Right, the Wind River and
Fremont Rooms have been combined for
a conference meeting and luncheon
buffet for 125.
Buffet or plated meals can be served with
ease and a bar set up is also available.
Built in projector screens throughout and
an excellent sound system make these
rooms work for many different types of
events.

The Peaks offers full on-site catering
as well as bar service. Many of our
event planners prefer the ease of
buffet style meals, but plated meals
are also available.    All menu
selections are homemade and are
prepared with the freshest
ingredients.
Off-site catering can also be done at
reasonable prices.   Just ask our
Conference Manager which type of
service would be best suited to your
event!

In the photo to the right, we have the
same 3 rooms, the Wind River, the
Fremont and the Gannett, set up for a
public Trade Show Sales Event.
Again, those rooms are large enough
to set up exhibitors booths and have
plenty of room for visitors to roam!!

To the Left a meeting incorporating a
buffet luncheon for 350 people was
recently held in the Wind River,
Fremont and Gannett Rooms. Event
participants were seated in a
classroom style that facilitated the
buffet lunch service later in the day.
The room was comfortable with
plenty of room for all.

The Pinnacle Room in the Summit
Restaurant will hold up to 60
comfortably. The warmth of the
room makes it the ideal spot for
small wedding receptions, birthday
parties, anniversaries, Christmas
parties or simple office gatherings.
With its beautiful River Rock
fireplace, the Pinnacle radiates a
warm, intimate atmosphere. This
room can be reserved directly
through the Summit Restaurant by
calling 332-3123.

Wintertime is beautiful here in
Lander. It's definitely the time
to come on in, relax, get warm
and have a hot toddy!

And what's a Wedding without a great
Cake? This Cake Station is ready for the
Bride and Groom's cake cutting ceremony
and subsequent cake service by one of our
expert Servers.

Presentation is of prime importance here
at the Peaks Conference Center.   Our
elegant table settings add to the beauty of
the meal.   We have several linen colors to
choose from or linens can be rented in
many additional colors.   We can provide
a variety of table centerpieces or you can
bring in your own, whichever you prefer.

Wedding receptions are popular
events at the Peaks Conference
Center and we've come to be known
as excellent reception planners.
To the left, our 3 conference rooms
have been combined to house a
beautiful Spring reception. Note
how the event tables surround the
beautiful hardwood dance floor
which will be the center of attention
later in the evening. . .

The main dining room at The Summit
Restaurant is open from 6 am to 10 pm
and is home to the free "Best in the
West" breakfast selection with your
stay at the Best Western Inn at Lander.
If your event doesn't include a
breakfast, lunch or dinner, the
Summit Restaurant and Lounge is
definitely the place to go.

. . . and on the Right, a beautiful Fall
wedding reception in just the Wind
River and Fremont Rooms. Together,
these two rooms can hold up to 150 for
a reception while still incorporating the
use of the dance floor. If the Gannet
Room is added, as shown above, up to
250 can be seated in the dinner style.
